TogetherV is not responsible for undelivered products in following cases :-
- If recipient is not available at the shared address.
- Or If recipient denies to take the product on delivered date or any other issues.
Customer shall inform TogetherV for wrong delivery of products or items if found defective by the recipient.
In case of refund by TogetherV the amount will be credited via same mode I.e. debit/ credit card / wallet money / A/c within 7-10 working days.
Items of perishable nature shall not be eligible for Refund.
Cancellation of order
Order if cancelled by TogetherV in uncontrollable situations shall be settled as early as possible either by refunding full amount in A/c or postpone of the service as per customer direction.
Order if cancelled by customer.
Bookings once confirmed can be cancelled within 72 hours of the booking date for refund of 97% in the bank account, credited to the customer account in 7-10 days. 100% Refund in TogetherV wallet if cancellation is done within 72 working hours. Reschedule can be done 24 working hours before delivery time.
